Lalaine Mackey is an accomplished Asset Manager with decades of experience leading real estate portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and project execution in complex, highly-regulated environments. She brings a strong track record of delivering high-impact government real estate initiatives—on time and within budget—through thoughtful planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining TDA, Lalaine worked for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) where she led major real estate initiatives across the San Francisco and Los Angeles markets. Her expertise spans end-to-end lease management, portfolio optimization, financial modeling, real estate finance, and navigating regulatory constraints. She is especially experienced with tenant-occupied and infrastructure-intensive properties.
Lalaine holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University, is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
