Matt joined TDA in September 2024 and brings six years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management, asset management and real estate development with an emphasis on financial analysis. Prior to joining TDA, Matt worked as a consultant to assist real estate developers and portfolio owners in underwriting potential investments and evaluating the performance of existing holdings. In addition, he managed all of the underwriting and strategic fund analysis for a private equity real estate developer in the Bay Area with over $1B in pending projects. Matt graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Financial Management.
