Overview
777 Tennessee was a $30 million senior construction loan for construction of a five-story apartment building with 44 below-grade stacked parking spaces, 8 on-site BMR units, 64 bike parking stalls and 59 resident storage spaces. The project is in the ‘Dogpatch’ area of San Francisco. At construction completion, TDA also worked with the Borrower to refinance with a $43 million senior mini-perm loan.
