THE BLOCK
In October 2022, TDA announced THE BLOCK — a new retail development located on 1.3 acres of vacant land at the NW corner of the Plaza. Comprised of a combination of re-purposed shipping containers and newly constructed buildings, the project offers over 14,000 square feet of leasable area and offers a place for the community to shop, eat, and gather! THE BLOCK breaks ground in November 2022 and opens Fall 2023.
