Matt joins TDA with over 35 years of hands-on expertise and leadership in the real estate development and construction industry. A native Midwesterner, Matt came to California in the early 2000’s as the Executive Vice President for Ryan Companies US, Inc., establishing and leading the first office for Ryan on the West Coast, and achieving NAIOP’s Developer of the Year. Matt’s continued love and desire of real estate and development opportunities led to him starting his own firm developing hundreds of residential units and hospitality product. Immediately prior to TDA, Matt led the West for Cumming Management Group in Los Angeles, CA.
Matt holds a CA General Contractors License and Bachelor of Science in Construction, with an emphasis in Finance, from Bradley University.
