Pamela Chaloult is an accomplished executive and culture strategist dedicated to empowering values-driven leaders and organizations to reach their highest potential. As Chief of Culture and Strategic Alignment, she leads the company’s cultural evolution—fostering trust, accountability, and alignment across its leadership and teams while ensuring that mission, strategy, and impact are fully integrated throughout the organization.
Pamela’s career spans more than two decades at the intersection of social entrepreneurship, integrated capital, and conscious leadership. She has served in senior executive roles including COO for Common Future and Co-Executive Director of Social Venture Network, advancing a more just and sustainable economy through business. She also played a pivotal role in the growth of the Integrated Capital field as Managing Director for Renewal Funds and later as a contributing member to the launch and Vice President of Renewal2 Investment Fund, Canada’s largest social venture investment fund.
A seasoned convener and advisor, Pamela has served for over twenty years as Executive Producer of the Social Venture Institute (SVI) at Hollyhock and as Co-Founder and Advisor to SVI Women. She is the former Board Chair of the TahDah Foundation and is currently an advisor to the Just Economy Institute and the ICA Fund.
Pamela is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, and is widely recognized for her ability to bridge strategy, spirit, and culture to help leaders and organizations thrive with purpose and integrity.
