As Chief Development Officer / Executive Vice President at TDA Investment Group, Paula leads the administration of all development, loan, and equity assets under management. She has over 35 years of experience managing retail, commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural holdings.
An alum of Southern Oregon University and Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado, Paula initially pursued a teaching career before entering the real estate field. She has a diverse background in both property management and development; owned three small businesses, including a property management firm that specialized in historic commercial buildings in Denver; and was the Director of Property Management at a commercial development firm in Santa Barbara prior to joining TDA.
