IN MEMORIAM (2010-2024)
Mr. Janda had over 50 years of banking experience, 40 of which involved commercial real estate construction lending. After his banking career, Steve was manager of Construction Services with the Kraemer Land Company located in Southern California. He was a past board member of the Baldy View Chapter of the Building Industrial Association and a founding member of Home Aid, a nonprofit corporation that helps communities in building low-income housing. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from CSU Los Angeles, and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. Steve served on TDA’s Investment Committee during significant growth over the last decade.
